I am an Electrical & Computer Engineering graduate from Ben-Gurion University, specializing in VLSI design and semiconductor technologies. My interest in engineering grew from a strong curiosity about how complex systems work and how theoretical ideas can be transformed into practical solutions. Throughout my studies, I developed a particular interest in integrated circuit design, semiconductor devices, analog and digital circuits, and the physical processes involved in implementing modern chips. Through academic projects, I gained hands-on experience with CMOS circuit design, Cadence Virtuoso, circuit simulation, layout, physical verification, Verilog RTL, and FPGA development. These projects allowed me to connect device-level and circuit-level theory with practical design, implementation, and verification. Alongside my engineering studies, I have been teaching and mentoring Electrical Engineering students through private lessons, group courses, and educational programs. Teaching has become an important part of my professional development, strengthening both my technical understanding and my ability to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly. I also founded and developed an online educational platform for Electrical Engineering students, combining technical content, teaching, and independent product development. Building the platform has given me experience in taking an idea from concept to a real product used by students. I am currently looking to begin my professional career in the semiconductor industry, with particular interest in VLSI, Physical Design, Analog IC Design, and related chip development roles. I am motivated by opportunities that combine deep technical problem-solving, continuous learning, and the development of real-world hardware.

Designed a two-stage CMOS operational amplifier from theoretical specifications through transistor-level implementation and custom analog layout. The design achieved the required DC gain, phase margin, gain-bandwidth product, slew rate, and output swing targets while maintaining device saturation across operating conditions.
Problem
Design a compensated two-stage CMOS operational amplifier that satisfies strict analog performance requirements, including DC gain, phase margin, gain-bandwidth product, slew rate, and load capacitance constraints, while ensuring robust operation across the specified input common-mode range.
Approach
Started from analytical hand calculations to determine transistor sizing, bias currents, compensation capacitor, and operating points. Implemented the circuit in Cadence, verified saturation conditions, optimized device dimensions, tuned compensation, and iteratively refined the design using DC, AC, and transient simulations. The final design was completed with a custom analog layout using matching techniques, common-centroid structures, dummy devices, guard rings, and multi-finger transistor implementation.
Skills & Tools
Designed a fully integrated CMOS Low-Dropout (LDO) voltage regulator featuring a custom Folded Cascode error amplifier. The project covered the complete analog IC design flow, including specification analysis, transistor-level design, AC/DC verification, stability optimization, and full custom layout implementation in Cadence Virtuoso.
Problem
Design an LDO regulator capable of delivering a regulated 3 V output from a 3.3 V supply while meeting stringent requirements for line regulation, load regulation, phase margin, power consumption, transient response, and output current capability.
Approach
Developed the regulator architecture using a PMOS pass device and a custom Folded Cascode operational amplifier as the error amplifier. Performed transistor sizing based on analytical calculations, followed by iterative DC, AC, stability, and transient simulations. The final design was integrated into a complete LDO feedback system and validated across multiple operating conditions.
Skills & Tools
Designed and verified an 8-bit Barrel Shift Register using a hierarchical CMOS architecture in Cadence Virtuoso. The project included custom CMOS multiplexer design, transistor-level implementation, physical layout development, parasitic extraction, and post-layout verification.
Problem
Develop a fully functional 8-bit Barrel Shift Register capable of performing configurable bit-shift operations using a custom CMOS implementation. The design had to maintain correct functionality through schematic, layout, and post-layout verification stages.
Approach
Designed a CMOS 2-to-1 multiplexer as the fundamental building block and used it to construct larger hierarchical multiplexers. These modules were integrated into an 8-bit Barrel Shift Register architecture. Functional verification was performed at both schematic and extracted levels, followed by full physical implementation and sign-off verification.
Skills & Tools
Designed and implemented two digital systems in Verilog: a finite state machine for pattern detection and a traffic light controller with timed state transitions. Verified functionality through simulation and RTL synthesis.
Problem
Develop synchronous digital systems using finite state machine methodology. The designs were required to perform deterministic state transitions, generate correct outputs, and satisfy timing-based operational requirements.
Approach
Implemented state machines using Verilog HDL with explicit state encoding, sequential logic, combinational next-state logic, and output generation blocks. Developed comprehensive testbenches to validate functionality and used RTL synthesis tools to verify the generated hardware architecture.
